Senior Project Manager - Enterprise Delivery

As a Senior Project Manager in the Enterprise Delivery team you will be expected to be highly competent in stakeholder engagement, risk management, planning and governance. The Role

You will be responsible for project managing the delivery of new digital solutions and services to clients globally, to impeccable standards. You will facilitate the continuous growth of the business by supporting a diverse range of sales opportunities. On occasions, you will support the software development team by providing clear direction and insight gained from your experience and knowledge; on other occasions you may have to roll-up your sleeves to help another team member. This is not a run-of-the-mill position; no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities

§  Supporting the sales targets within the business through close working with sales colleagues, keeping a tight project scope and assisting with new opportunities to the business

§  Oversee the costing and billing of projects

§  Provide accurate profit and loss forecasting and reporting throughout a project’s lifecycle

§  Oversee and manage the delivery of multiple projects across the business ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget

§  Communicating and documenting project status and strategic recommendations to clients, team members and senior stakeholders on a regular basis; escalating issues accordingly via the appropriate channels

§  Provide expertise and knowledge to clients to drive profitability, improve quality and help them achieve their strategic goals and objectives

§  Monitoring day-to-day activities of the project team, ensuring work is progressing as planned

§  Actively monitor project risks and scope creep to foresee/identify potential issues and proactively identifying solutions to address them in advance

§  Assisting in the development of the overall Enterprise Delivery strategy and working with Product Managers and Owners to improve processes and implement efficiencies


Required Experience

§  Experience of delivering large Software, Services and Technology projects in multiple territories concurrently

§  Exposure to a variety of project types containing a multitude of technological and commercial complexities

§  Knowledge and proven record of using PRINCE2, Agile or other project management methodologies to good effect, having a thorough understanding and of how to deliver a project from the sales opportunity through to the post-launch phase.

§  Strong commercial awareness and business acumen

§  Excellent organisational skills

§  Initiative, ideas, ambition and enthusiasm

§  A strong communicator with an approachable manner

§  Ability to cope well with the demands of a rapidly growing company – previous business start-up experience advantageous

§  Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines

§  Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve our services

§  Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project etc

§  Ideally with a marketing, business or technology degree

§  Multi-language not essential but viewed favourably



£35,000 - £50,000 (DOE)



Office Based, Kent HQ*

*Projects have a global reach; frequent travel should be expected and options for working in London or Birmingham after the first three months can be discussed on successful application
