Digital Account Manager - MENA (Dubai)

GForces are the UK and Middle East’s largest specialised digital agency in the automotive industry. We build, manage and market online and e-commerce strategies for more than half of the UK’s Top 200 motor retailers and many of the world’s leading distributors.

As part of our ongoing expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Digital Account Manager at our Dubai office.

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in an Account Management function and be able to clearly demonstrate their skill and knowledge. Experience of the automotive sector is an advantage.


The Role

This exciting role will see you working on a high profile and well-established account, giving you responsibility for day to day engagement with key dealers. Using your digital marketing knowledge you will advise them on the best way to optimise their internet strategy, helping them achieve their business objectives.

As a Digital Account Manager, this crucial role will see you plan, co-ordinate and execute marketing and platform spend at a Management level. 


Key Responsibilities:

§   Working with clients to plan engaging and creative branded activities for the year

§   Creating quarterly and annual proposals and plans depending on client requirements

§   Producing Marketing campaigns for different marques you will implement these across automotive dealerships selling these brands

§   Travel within Gulf markets

§   Liaising with clients to discuss the marketing campaign and agree content and objectives

§   Managing and implement client budgetary spend

§   Liaise with clients to report back on campaign progress and marketing KPIs

§   Promoting the benefits of the company’s Marketing software; supporting the Account Managers in upselling our services and products to the client

§   Liaise with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns

§   Monitor clients’ Paid Advertising budgets to ensure targets are on track

§   Forecasting results, creation of monthly and quarterly KPIs

§   Share ideas and promotions with marketing team members to create the most efficient and performance led work-flow procedures. Share best practice, ideas and successes

§   Report to Account Director for your clients


Essential Skills & Requirements: 

§   A minimum of two years’ experience in account management and a proven ability to drive revenue growth  

§   Have an exceptional understanding of digital marketing planning and an ability to roll out campaigns to the highest of standards 

§   An up to date knowledge of Digital Marketing best practices and the ability to apply these to client campaigns in a formulaic and strategic manner

§   An excellent knowledge of marketing budget planning and forecasting

§   Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data constructively to improve the performance of client’s digital strategy 

§   Ability to drive the conception and development of innovative, engaging, on-brief digital ideas for clients

§   Ability to understand clients’ needs and consider practical solutions

§   Excellent organisation and communication skills

§   Confident and articulate in presenting ideas internally and to clients

§   Interest in new developments in digital marketing 

§   Entrepreneurial flair with a natural acumen for business 


Your Profile:

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, ambitious, possess excellent communication skills and ideally come from a solid account management or sales background. You will need to have excellent strategic planning skills and be commercially aware.
