The Role

A Project Support will be responsible for successfully supporting the delivering of projects. Reporting to the Retail Programme Manager, the role supports in the effective delivery of the retail programme through the industry leading digital automotive retail software platform. The responsibilities include supporting the project delivery team with key project tasks to ensure that projects are delivered on time and bug free.

 

Key Responsibilities

Complete project support tasks based on the ticket queue in the JIRA system including;

o  Completing site builds 

o  Quality Assurance of site builds

o  Enquiry mapping for enquiry forms

o  Form Testing for enquiry forms

o  Content entry/update and migration from clients existing web platforms including imagery

o  Redirect mapping

o  Aid Project Managers in daily tasks as needed.

o  With the guidance of a Project Manager, manage simple projects.

o  Ensure tasks are completed to tight time frames.

o  Identify gaps and raise awareness of key risks and issues to the projects.

o  Challenge current thinking and help define best practices.

o  Ensure customer satisfaction at all times.

£16,000 - £20,000
