Digital Account Manager - MENA

The Role

This exciting role will see you working on a high profile and well-established account, giving you responsibility for day to day engagement with key dealers. acting as the primary point of contact, responsible for managing all aspects of their relationship with GForces. 

The ideal candidate will be an Account Executive looking for their next step.

You will be required to travel to client meetings on a regular basis.


Key Responsibilities

=       Proactively engaging with customers to ensure they’re informed on the latest product releases, software updates and marketing initiatives available from GForces

=       Grow monthly revenue through introducing additional products and services to customers. These include provisions for Live Chat, SEO, Content, NetDirector® Software(s) and other service 

=       Analysis customer data to make informed recommendations and suggestions to your customers

=       Understand customer objectives and tailor packages and services to support them.

=       Accurate management of CRM records for all customers including detailed notes on the customer relationship, contact points, products and monthly opportunity and invoicing

=       Confidently present GForces, our products and services in an articulate manner

=       Travel within Gulf markets

=       Report to Account Director for your clients


Essential Skills & Requirements

=       A minimum of one years’ experience in sales/account management or client services function

=       We will also consider people from automotive management positions without agency experience

=       An understanding of Software as a Service (SAAS) based products and the benefits of solution-based products

=       A passion for digital marketing and the ability to clearly demonstrate the benefits of online activity vs. traditional marketing methods.

=       A willingness to learn and develop within the GForces Dubai team

=       A hardworking and determined work ethic. We are looking for ambition and integrity.

=       A confident presentation style and the ability to engage at board level

=       Excellent communication and client services skills

=       Ability to successfully and productively resolve problems in order to meet targets and expectations

=       A successful track record in managing multiple client relationships of varying sizes

=       Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data constructively to improve the performance of client’s digital strategy

=       Ability to drive the conception and development of innovative, engaging, on-brief digital ideas for clients

=       Full driving licence with business insurance. Driving to client meetings will be required



AED 15,000 per month
